The location was ideal, spacious room, great price, no keys needed, friendly staff.

The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of popular attractions and landmarks in the midtown area. The room was clean and spacious, with updated decor and a comfortable bed. The kitchenette was a great addition and allowed me to cook meals during my stay. Despite not having a lift, the hotel felt safe and secure. The staff were welcoming and available to assist with any needs. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Five44 and would recommend it for its value and convenience.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. the hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and many restaurants. the room had good storage facilities and a nice shower.

The hotel lacked proper maintenance and cleanliness. the room wasn't cleaned regularly, the bedding wasn't changed, and the crockery was dirty upon arrival.

Attentive staff accommodated early check-in and late check-out for our family. Offered a basinet for our baby. Convenient location, 15-minute walk to metro and Times Square. Spacious room and shower. Aircon provided great relief during heatwave. Kitchenette allowed freedom to self-cater. Quiet surroundings.

Convenient location close to Times Square and the city center. The owner was helpful when I had issues with my charger, providing me with a spare. The hotel itself was quiet and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend staying at this hotel.
